I did a translation once, but was unable to guess the exact meaning of some strings, and the interface could not be fully translated anyway so I gave up, sorry. Then, of course, the file must have disappeared from my disk.

DFS has never caught on with English-speaking people so, given its current state of development (that is, none), I don't think it would be worthwhile to pursue this.
